一、 Summary
    A central collector is a commonly used device that supplies power to rotating mechanisms. It can transmit electricity to rotating equipment, and current is transmitted to copper alloy rings through carbon brushes. According to different models of the device, in order to ensure maximum surface contact and stable current, we use a variable unique spring design to ensure constant contact between the carbon brush and the slip ring. Used in various door machines for power transmission and signal transmission when relative components move in a circular motion. 五、Usage and maintenance
   The central collector should be installed vertically, and the drive plate protrusion should be correctly installed in the drive groove of the crane. The axis of rotation of the central collector coincides with the axis of rotation of the crane, and the allowable deviation is not more than 1/1000 of the total height of the central collector.
   Before using the central collector, it is necessary to check whether each wiring terminal is tightly pressed, whether the carbon brush is in good contact with the slip ring, and whether there is any jamming phenomenon.
   Regular inspections should be carried out to check the wear of the carbon brushes, remove any powder that has fallen from the worn brushes, and replace them with new ones if necessary. Inject butter between the rotating parts. When the central collector is not in use temporarily, the environment should be kept dry.
